摘要
为研究碎砖对混凝土力学性能的影响,试验取碎砖掺量分别为10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、50%、70%、100%,考虑附加用水量。根据试验结果,总结了碎砖对混凝土力学性能的影响,通过对试验数据进行回归分析,获得了2个预测碎砖再生混凝土任意龄期立方体抗压强度的公式,并得到了再生混凝土28 d相对抗压强度、28 d相对抗折强度、28 d相对劈裂抗拉强度与碎砖掺量之间的函数方程。
In order to study the effect of broken brick on the mechanical properties of concrete, the content of broken brick is 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50%, 70% and 100%, and additional water consumption was considered.Based on the results of the test, the effect of the broken brick on the mechanical properties of the concrete is summarized.Based on the regression analysis of the test data, two formulas for predicting the compressive strength of recycled brick recycled concrete at any age are obtained, and the functional equations between the relative compressive strength of recycled concrete for 28 d, the relative bending strength for 28 d, the relative split tensile strength for 28 d and the content of broken brick are obtained.
