摘要
解决现有防疫消毒机消毒效率低、操作不便、消毒角度单一的问题,为疫情爆发时提供一种更好的消毒机器,满足人们对于消毒机更高的设计需求。基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)的防疫消毒机改良设计方法,对防疫期间应用的消毒机按照系统分析、用户研究、归纳要素的步骤结合TRIZ理论中的创新思路模型,从传统消毒机的易用性、机器工作效率、智能化一体对消毒机进行改良设计。基于TRIZ理论运用红外线传感技术设计出了一款消毒机,它将以一种更加便捷智能的仿生机器人方式服务于不同场合下的消毒工作。
