基于竹制材料的坐具设计研究

RESEARCH ON SEAT DESIGN BASED ON BAMBOO MATERIAL

充分利用原竹的材料特性,探索和改进竹制家具的造型结构,并将现代简洁的设计风格融入其中。首先从物理、生物和力学特性三方面分析了竹材的材料特性,然后对竹材的基本应用形式和原竹家具竹材构件的连接方式进行了归纳总结,接着通过案例分析了目前市场上原竹坐具的整体结构并按照造型特点进行了分类和特点的分析,提出了原竹家具发展中存在的问题和创新发展的建议,最后以原竹坐具的设计为例,以充分发挥竹制材料的特性,探索竹制家具结构的创新。对竹坐具的造型结构进行了新的创新,并运用多层复合定型的基本方法实现了竹制坐具的制作。为竹制家具的材料应用和创新结构设计提供了借鉴与参考。

To make full use of the material characteristics of raw bamboo,explore and improve the modeling structure of bamboo furniture,and integrate the modern and concise design style into it.Firstly,the material characteristics of bamboo are analyzed from three aspects of physical,biological and mechanical properties,and then the basic application forms of bamboo and the connection modes of bamboo components of raw bamboo furniture are summarized.Then,the overall structure of raw bamboo seats in the current market is analyzed through cases,and the classification and characteristics are analyzed according to the modeling characteristics.Finally,taking the design of raw bamboo seat as an example,in order to give full play to the characteristics of bamboo materials and explore the innovation of bamboo furniture structure.the modeling structure of bamboo seat was innovated,and the basic method of multi-layer composite shaping was used to make bamboo seat.It provides a reference for the material application and innovative structural design of bamboo furniture.
