发酵棉籽壳替代玉米青贮对育肥羊生产性能及血浆相关指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Fermented Cottonseed Hulls Replacing Corn Silage on Production Performance and Plasma Related Indexes of Fattening Sheep

摘要 试验旨在探究发酵棉籽壳替代玉米青贮对育肥羊生产性能及血液指标的影响。选择3~4月龄、体重(38.74±0.81)kg哈萨克羊公羊40只,随机分为4组,每组10只,分别为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组。在相同饲养管理条件下,对照组饲喂精粗(精补料∶玉米青贮)比为70∶30日粮,试验Ⅰ组饲喂10%发酵棉籽壳替代玉米青贮的日粮,试验Ⅱ组饲喂20%发酵棉籽壳替代玉米青贮的日粮,试验Ⅲ组饲喂30%发酵棉籽壳替代玉米青贮的日粮,进行为期30 d的试验,记录采食量和增重变化,试验结束后屠宰羊只记录相关屠宰性能数据。结果表明,各试验组采食量分别较对照组提高了6.97%、6.15%和10.66%(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组增重较对照组显著提高了18.80%(P<0.05),料重比低于对照组12.34%(P<0.05);各试验组与对照组间屠宰性能无显著差异(P>0.05),试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组肾脏的鲜重和指数值显著提高(P<0.05)。试验组血浆尿素氮显著降低,谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶水平升高(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮中发酵棉籽壳替代玉米青贮有助于提高育肥哈萨克羊的生长和屠宰性能,同时对哈萨克羊的蛋白质合成代谢能力也有积极影响,且饲喂20%发酵棉籽壳替代玉米青贮的日粮效果最佳。 The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effects of fermented cottonseed husks replacing corn silage on the production performance and blood indexes of fattening sheep.Forty male Kazakh lambs aged 3-4 months and weighing(38.74±0.81)kg were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 in each one,namely control group,experimental group Ⅰ,experimental group Ⅱ and experimental group Ⅲ.Under the same feeding and management conditions,the control group was fed a diet with a ratio of 70∶30 concentrate(concentrated feed∶corn silage),the test groupⅠwas fed a diet with 10% fermented cottonseed husks instead of corn silage,and the test group Ⅱ was fed the diet with 20% fermented cottonseed husks instead of corn silage,and test group Ⅲ was fed with 30% of fermented cottonseed hulls instead of corn silage.The experiment lasted for 30 days,and the changes in feed intake and weight gain were recorded,and slaughtered after the experiment.Relevant slaughter performance data were collected from the sheep.The results showed that the feed intake of each experimental group increased by 6.97%,6.15% and 10.66%respectively compared with the control group(P<0.05);the weight gain of experimental group Ⅱ was significantly increased by 18.80% compared with the control group(P<0.05).12.34%lower than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in slaughter performance between the test groups and the control group(P>0.05).The plasma urea nitrogen in the experimental group was significantly decreased,and the levels of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase were increased(P<0.05).To sum up,the replacement of corn silage with fermented cottonseed hulls in the diet helps to improve the growth and slaughter performance of Kazakh fattening sheep,and also has a positive effect on the protein synthesis and metabolism of the sheep,and feeding 20% fermented cottonseed husks to replace a diet of corn silage works best.
