摘要
以吲哚为原料合成了一种溶解性良好的新型6-丁基吲哚并咔唑(ICZ-C_(4))荧光探针,用于汞离子检测。通过核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)方法对ICZ-C_(4)结构进行表征,并利用荧光光谱法研究探针ICZ-C_(4)对Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、K^(+)、Na^(+)、Al^(3+)、Hg^(2+)、Ba^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、Pb^(2+)、Ni^(2+)的响应性和抗干扰性,发现探针ICZ-C_(4)在V(四氢呋喃)∶V(水)=3∶2混合溶剂中对Hg^(2+)具有较好的选择性,其检出限为8.36×10^(-5) mol/L,该探针在环境检测领域中具有潜在的应用价值。
This project aims to synthesize a soluble novel 6-butyl-indolocarbazole(ICZ-C_(4))fluorescent probe which are highly sensitive to Hg^(2+)by using indole as a raw material.The structure of ICZ-C_(4) was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H NMR).The response and interference of the probe ICZ-C_(4) to different ions(Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),K^(+),Na^(+),Al^(3+),Hg^(2+),Ba^(2+),Cu^(2+),Pb^(2+),Ni^(2+))were studied by fluorescence spectroscopy.It was found that the probe ICZ-C_(4) showed good selectivity to Hg^(2+)in the mixture solvent of V(tetrahydrofuran)∶V(water)=3∶2,and detection limit was up to 8.36×10^(-5) mol/L,which showed potential application in the fields of environmental detection.
