福建省地方南瓜资源收集与种子幼苗性状的评价

Collection of Local Pumpkin Resources and Evaluation on Seedling Traits in Fujian Province

为研究福建省地方南瓜品种资源的遗传多样性,以第三次全国农作物种质资源普查收集的58份福建地方南瓜品种资源为材料,测定其种子与幼苗性状,并对性状指标进行聚类分析。结果表明,福建省南瓜地方品种种子和幼苗间变异系数幅度为7.23%~54.69%,性状之间差异明显,福建南瓜地方品种资源具有丰富的遗传多样性。本研究将福建省南瓜地方资源划分为3个组群,明确了不同组群资源之间的遗传差异,为福建省地方南瓜品种资源利用、瓜类砧木新品种选育奠定了基础。

In order to study the genetic diversity of Fujian provincial pumpkin cultivars resources,58 Fujian provincial pumpkin cultivars collected from the third National Crop Germplasm Survey were used as materials,and the seed and seedling traits were measured,and the trait indexes were clustered.The results showed that the coefficient of variation between seeds and seedlings of Fujian pumpkin landraces ranged from 7.23%to 54.69%,and the differences between characters were obvious.The resources of Fujian pumpkin landraces had rich genetic diversity.In this study,the local pumpkin resources in Fujian Province were divided into three groups,and the genetic differences among different groups were clarified,which laid a foundation for the utilization of local pumpkin variety resources and the selection and breeding of new melon rootstocks in Fujian Province.
