摘要
本研究以鲜食大豆新品种闽豆6号为材料,采用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对其鲜籽粒的代谢物进行检测。研究表明,在检测到的102种代谢物中,有机酸有36种,占35.3%,其次为氨基酸21种、多元醇11种、糖9种、磷酸7种、胺类5种、脂肪酸和核苷酸各4种、其他物质5种;主成分分析表明,所鉴定出的代谢物可分为5个主成分,其中前3个主成分累计贡献率达91.02%;KEGG分析表明,鉴定的代谢物主要参与到26个不同代谢途径。
In the present study,characterization of metabolite in the vegetable soybean variety of Mindou 6 was investigated with GC-MS technique.The results showed that a total of 102 metabolities were identified from vegetable soybean seeds,including 36 organic acid(35.3%),21 amino acids,eleven polyol,nine sugars,seven phosphoric acid,five amines,four fatty acid,four nucleotides,and five other kinds.Principal component analysis indicated that five components could be gained and the first three principal components had cumulative contribution rate to 91.02%.These 102 metabolities were primarily involved in 26 different pathways by KEGG.
