4株促生长真菌对3种作物种子萌发及生长的影响

Effects of Four Growth Promoting Fungi on Germination and Growth of Three Agricultural Crops

以巨菌草为材料,从其根系分离初步有促生长作用的4株真菌,制备成菌液对高粱、玉米和小麦萌发进行研究。结果表明,巨菌草根系真菌均对禾本科作物的生长具有促进作用。经处理过的植株可溶性蛋白,糖含量均明显高于对照组,促进作用显著;叶绿素a、叶绿素b,株高、根长,根冠比均高于对照组,表现出了一定的促进作用。4种菌液处理的高粱、玉米种子类胡萝卜素显著高于对照组。初步表明,这4株菌株对这3种农作物具有促生长作用。

Four fungi with preliminary growth promoting effect were isolated from the roots of giant fungus grass,and the bacteria liquid was prepared to study the germination of sorghum,corn and wheat.The results showed that the root system fungi of Macromycetes could promote the growth of gramineous crops.The soluble protein and sugar content of the treated plants were significantly higher than those of the control group.Chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,plant height,root length,root shoot ratio were higher than those in the control group,showing a certain role in promoting.The carotenoids of sorghum and maize seeds treated with four kinds of bacterial solutions were significantly higher than those of the control group.The preliminary results showed that the four strains had growth promoting effects on the three crops.
