摘要
研究了传统爬地自根栽培和嫁接立架栽培对西瓜制种产量的影响,以及吸湿回干处理结合比重选对不同活力水平西瓜种子发芽的影响。结果表明,嫁接立架栽培比传统爬地自根栽培种子产量提高44.81%,原种用量减少380粒,收益增加54000元/667 m 2;吸湿回干处理结合比重选提高了2个低活力水平西瓜种子的发芽率,分别提高12%和20%,该处理方法可以提高西瓜种子发芽势及低发芽率批次种子发芽率。
The effects of traditional creeping self-root cultivation and grafting stand cultivation on seed production yield of watermelon,and the effects of hydration dehydration treatment combined with specific gravity selection on germination of watermelon seeds with different vigor levels were studied.The results showed that the yield of seed per 667 m 2 was increased by 44.81%,the amount of original seed was reduced by 380 seeds,and benefits was increased by 54000 yuan.Hydration dehydration treatment combined with specific gravity separation increased the germination rate of watermelon seeds with two low vigor levels by 12%and 20%,respectively.This treatment method could improve the germination energy of watermelon seeds and the germination rate of seeds with low germination rate.
