低营养对不同品系薏苡幼苗生长和氮代谢的影响

Effects of Low Nutrition on Seedling Growth and Nitrogen Metabolism of Different Strains of Coix lacryma-jobi L.

为探讨低营养条件对不同品系薏苡幼苗生长及氮代谢的影响。本研究选取4个薏苡品系在实验室水培条件下进行比较实验,通过监测薏苡种子的千粒重、碳、氮含量,幼苗的叶绿素含量(SPAD)、碳、氮含量、生物量等指标,重点关注薏苡品系间的差异,为建立薏苡品系早期评价、鉴选各品系耐低营养能力提供参考依据。

To study the effects of low nutrient conditions on the growth and nitrogen metabolism of different strains of Coix lacryma-jobi L.seedlings.In this study,four Coix strains were selected for comparative experiments under laboratory hydroponic conditions.By monitoring the 1000 grains weight,carbon,nitrogen content of Coix seeds,chlorophyll content(SPAD),carbon,nitrogen content,biomass and other indicators of seedlings.We focused on the differences between Coix strains,and provided a reference for the establishment of Coix strains,the early evaluation,and the identification of low nutrition tolerance of each strain.
