杉木采穗母树根基环境处理对穗条生长及生理特性影响 被引量:2

Effects of Root Growing Environment Management on the Growth and Physiological Characteristics of the Scions in Chinese Fir Cutting Orchard

摘要 选取优良无性系洋-061杉木采穗圃母树为研究对象,通过连续6个月对母树根基环境进行综合措施的处理,测定分析母树根基穗条数量,穗条超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)、碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)含量及其扦插穗条生根率等指标的变化规律。结果表明,杉木根基环境的处理措施明显提高了穗条的萌发和生根能力,每月穗条数量为7.3条·株^(-1),生根率达75.95%。与对照组相比,处理组穗条SOD、POD酶活性和MDA含量得到大幅度提高,分别为215.16、186.42 U·g^(-1)和6.64 nmol·mg^(-1),N、P含量也明显增加了16.58 mg·g^(-1)和1.69 mg·g^(-1),但C含量减小了0.61 mg·g^(-1),说明在根基环境处理条件下,穗条从杉木采穗母树获取的C分配量减少,一定程度上节约了母树光合产物的消耗。可见,对杉木母树根基环境进行综合措施处理有利于杉木根基穗条萌发,且萌发穗条的抗逆性强、生根率高,可在生产实践上推广。 Objected with the maternal plants in the Chinese fir cutting orchard,originated from the elite clone Yang-061,the quantity,activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD),the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),carbon(C),nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P),and the rooting rate of new scions were determined in 6 consecutive months.The root-base environments of the tested maternal plants were controlled with comprehensive measures.The main results showed that both of the abilities of sprouting and rooting rate were prompted significantly due to the treatments on the root-base environments.The quantity of new scions was 7.3 per plant,and the rooting rate was 75.95%in average in one month.Compared with the control treatment,SOD and POD activities and MDA content of the scions significantly increased,which were 215.16,186.42 U·g^(-1) and 6.64 nmol·mg^(-1),respectively.The contents of N and P of the scions also significantly increased by 16.58 mg·g^(-1) and 1.69 mg·g^(-1),whereas,the content of C decreased by 0.61 mg·g^(-1).It was indicated that the distribution of C obtained from the maternal plant of Chinese fir reduced under the treatments on root-base environment.Therefore,the consumption of photosynthetic products of maternal plants saved to a certain extent.In conclusion,the comprehensive measures on Chinese fir root-base environment should be popularized in constructive practices of cutting orchard,which would be beneficial to promoting the scion production,enhancing the ability of stress tolerance,and increasing rooting rate.
