K&C特性对整车不足转向影响研究

摘要 车辆K&C特性与操纵稳定性、转向精准性、舒适性等驾驶感受息息相关,直接决定了悬架的性能。适度的不足转向有利于提高车辆的操纵稳定性,有效提高驾驶安全性。本文通过对比不同悬架车辆试验数据,分析轮跳、侧向力、回正力矩、纵向力对前束、外倾角等的影响,探究整车不足转向特性的趋势。研究表明:多连杆悬架车辆不足转向性能优于扭力梁悬架车辆,操纵稳定性更高,与试验分析结果一致。 Vehicle K&C characteristics are closely related to the driving experience such as handling stability,steering accuracy and comfort,which directly determines the suspension performance.Moderately understeer is beneficial to improve the vehicle handling stability and effectively improve the driving safety.By comparing the test data of different suspension vehicles,the influence of wheel jump,lateral force,righting torque and longitudinal force on toe in and camber angle was analyzed,and the trend of understeer characteristics of the whole vehicle was explored.The research shows that the understeer performance of multi-link suspension vehicle is better than that of torsion beam suspension vehicle,and the handling stability is higher,which is consistent with the experimental analysis results.
