摘要
以二自由度车辆动力学为基础,对车辆稳定性进行了分析,导出稳定性因素,并阐述该因素与车辆不足转向梯度的关系。同时分析了由于转弯时的车身侧倾产生的载荷转移、转弯时左右轮转角差以及考虑悬架运动特性(K特性)、悬架受力特性(C特性)对车辆稳定性的影响。结果表明:考虑阿克曼转角差及悬架KC特性的非线性车辆不足转向度分析更接近实际车辆分析结果,为车辆动力学前期设计开发提供参考。
Based on the two degree of freedom vehicle dynamics,the vehicle stability was analyzed,the stability factor was derived,and the relationship between the factors and the understeer gradient of the vehicle was expounded.At the same time,the influence of the load transfer caused by the body roll when cornering,the angle difference between the left and right wheels when cornering,and the suspension motion characteristics(K characteristics)and suspension force characteristics(C characteristics)on the vehicle stability characteristics were analyzed.The results show that the nonlinear vehicle understeer degree analysis considering Ackerman angle difference and suspension KC characteristics is closer to the actual vehicle analysis results,which provides a reference for the early design and development of vehicle dynamics.
