摘要
针对某50装载机机外辐射噪声过大的现象,提出了解决该故障的方法。通过PU声学扫描成像设备进行发动机舱外表面声学扫描,生成基于质点振动速度的声全息图像,判断声辐射较大的区域,并在相应位置增加消声棉进行优化。对比优化前后的声全息图像,优化后的声辐射能量大幅下降,整车机外辐射噪声下降1.4 dB(A),达到113 dB(A),满足国标要求,降噪效果显著。
Aiming at the phenomenon of excessive radiation noise in a 50 loader,the method to solve the fault was put forward.The acoustic scanning of the external surface of the engine compartment was carried out through the PU acoustic scanning imaging equipment,and the acoustic holographic image based on the particle vibration velocity was generated to judge the area with large acoustic radiation,and the silencing cotton was added at the corresponding position for optimization.Compared with the acoustical holographic images before and after optimization,the sound radiation energy after optimization decreases significantly,and the radiated noise outside the vehicle decreases by 1.4 dB(A),up to 113 dB(A).It meets the requirements of the national standard,and the noise reduction effect is remarkable.
