摘要
目前底盘装配线的吊具多采用固定式支撑与车身连接,无法满足长短轴距车型共线生产的需求。针对上述难题,本文设计了一种支撑位置可调节的柔性底盘装配线吊具,并与传统结构进行了对比;进一步对柔性吊具进行了仿真受力分析。结果表明:该柔性吊具的最大应力为194 MPa,小于许可应力211.5 MPa,满足强度性能要求;可用于满足不同轴距的车型共线生产,有效减少新车型导入生产装配线的改造成本。
At present,the sling of chassis assembly line mostly use the fixed support to connect with the car body,which is not satisfied with the requirement of collinear production for different wheelbase vehicles.In view of the above problems,a flexible chassis assembly line sling with adjustable support position was designed and compared with the traditional structure.Further,the simulation force analysis of the flexible sling was carried out.The results show that the maximum stress of the flexible sling is 194 MPa,which is less than the allowable stress of 211.5 MPa,and meets the strength performance requirements.It can be used to meet the coproduction of models with different wheelbases,and effectively reduce the transformation cost of introducing new models into the production assembly line.
