长链非编码RNA与RA相关性及中医药干预的研究进展

Research progress on the correlation between long noncoding RNA and RA and intervention of traditional Chinese medicine

长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA, LncRNA)在类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis, RA)发生、发展及治疗过程中饰演着重要角色,其在免疫细胞分化、DNA甲基化等方面参与了RA的发生,在氧化应激、炎症反应、RA-FLS增殖/凋亡失衡及骨破坏形成等方面促进了RA的发展,因此通过调控LncRNA的表达影响RA的发生、发展将成为RA治疗的新途径。中医药治疗RA疗效确切,并且诸多研究证实中药可通过调节LncRNA的表达在RA的治疗中发挥重要作用。笔者就LncRNA与RA的相关性及中医药干预的最新研究进展进行综述,以期为RA的防治提供参考。

Long noncoding RNA(LncRNA) plays an important role in the occurrence, development and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA). It participates in the occurrence of RA in terms of immune cell differentiation and DNA methylation, and promotes the development of RA in terms of oxidative stress, inflammatory response, RA-FLS proliferation/apoptosis imbalance and bone destruction. Therefore, it affects the occurrence and development of RA by regulating the expression of LncRNA development will become a new way of RA treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in the treatment of RA, and many studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine can play an important role in the treatment of RA by regulating the expression of LncRNA. This paper reviews the latest research progress on the correlation between LncRNA and RA and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of RA.
