摘要
国内外若干关于人工智能影响就业的研究成果更多地集中于人工智能影响就业的净效应的增减趋势争议。人工智能影响就业的效应和机制是复杂的,当前更应该关注人工智能冲击劳动力市场的系统性风险。人工智能的应用与发展会导致结构性失业累积风险、收入极化风险、零工经济的契约缺失风险和人工智能嵌入的就业歧视恶化风险,应从教育体系再造、再分配政策和法规完善等路径积极应对。
The researchers at home and abroad have focused on the net effect of AI on employment.The effect and the mechanism are complex,and the systematic risk of the impact should be paid enough attention to.The application and development of AI will lead to the risks of cumulative structural unemployment,income polarization,lack of contract in the gig economy and the deterioration of employment discrimination embedded in AI.We should actively deal with them through the reconstruction of education system and the improvement of redistribution policies and regulations.
