数字经济时代已开启,技术革命和产业变革日趋激烈。为顺应技术革命和产业竞争新趋势,把准未来产业发展规律,构建产业生态,防范产业陷阱,迫切需要地方政府面向未来产业厘清招商引资的基本逻辑,着力改变招商引资的思路、策略、方式和方法。结合沿海地区某市招商引资实际,基于未来产业招商引资中的行为逻辑、政策逻辑、技术逻辑、知商逻辑、亲商逻辑和爱商逻辑等,提出更新招商引资理念、抢抓产业发展机遇、规范招商引资行为、优化招商引资环境等实践路径。

The era of digital economy has been ushered in,and the technological revolution and industrial transformation are becoming more and more intense.It is urgent for the local governments to clarify the basic logic of investment in future industries,in order to comply with the new trend of technological revolution and industrial competition,to identify the laws of future industrial development,to build an industrial ecology,and to avoid the industrial traps.Efforts should be made to change the logic,strategies,approaches and methods of attracting investment.Based on the practice of investment promotion in Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province,this paper put forward the practical approach of updating the concept of investment promotion,seizing the opportunity of industrial development,standardizing investment promotion,optimizing the investment promotion environment,in terms of the logic in investment behavior,policy,technology,IP business,caring and love for business.
