商品住宅使用说明书数字化交付实现途径研究

Research on Ways to Realize the Digital Delivery of Commercial Housing Instructions

随着建筑业信息化的飞速发展,建设档案资料的数字化交付技术悄然兴起,为传统的交付手段带来了巨大的挑战和机遇。目前住宅使用说明书仍以纸质版为主,该形式的说明书在商品住宅使用阶段存在一定的缺陷,难以满足实际需求。该文对商品住宅数字化使用说明书的构建主体、服务内容、交付形式进行研究,提出通过模型重建、模型轻量化处理、存储平台构建及信息交互等实现途径,构建商品住宅数字化使用说明书。数字化使用说明书具有信息高度集成、信息快速访问、信息协同共享等显著优势,对提高住宅质量、加强监管、提升智能化运维具有积极作用。

With the rapid development of informatization in the construction industry, the digital delivery technology of construction archives has also quietly emerged, which has brought huge challenges and opportunities to traditional delivery methods. At present, the residential instruction manual is still mainly in paper version, and this form of instruction manual has certain defects in the use stage of commercial residential buildings, and it is difficult to meet the actual needs. This paper studied the construction subject, service content, and delivery form of the commercial residential digital instruction manual, and proposed the realization methods such as model reconstruction, model lightweight processing,storage platform construction and information interaction to construct a digital instruction manual for commercial residence. The digital instruction manual has notable advantages such as highly integrated information, quick access to information, and collaborative sharing of information, which play a positive role in improving residential quality, strengthening supervision, and enhancing intelligent operation and maintenance.
