Discussion on Special Application Techniques of Disk Lock Steel Tubular Scaffold

在分析目前承插型盘扣式钢管支架应用现状的基础上,指出了常见的应用误区。然后针对基于托梁的混凝土梁支模方法、利用扁担梁(转换平台)进行梁板结构支模方法、方塔架支模方法、悬挑三脚架的组架方法、基于非标准调节跨的梁板结构组架方法共五种特殊情况的盘扣架应用方法进行详细介绍,给出了应用中的注意事项,可为提高承插型盘扣式钢管支架的工程应用水平提供参考。

Based on the analysis of the current situation of disk lock steel tubular scaffold support system, this paper pointed out the common errors in application. On this basis,this paper introduced the application methods of disk lock scaffold from the five methods: the concrete beam support method based on trimming joists, the beam-slab structural support method using pole beams, the square-tower support method, the cantilever tripod support method, the beam-slab structural support method based on non-standard adjustment spans, with application tips given for attention, so as to promote the engineering application level of the disk lock steel tubular scaffold support system.
