隔声保温地面防开裂施工技术研究

摘要 房屋建筑工程中的楼地面工程,传统的做法是在结构混凝土表面先铺一层隔声保温垫,再在隔声保温垫上浇筑细石混凝土面层。传统方法将往往引起大量质量通病,为解决一系列质量通病,引入了隔声保温地面防开裂施工技术,并对此进行分析研究。隔声保温地面防开裂施工技术采用半干式细石混凝土浇筑施工,增加分隔带、分隔条,从而不切缝,避免了传统工艺带来的质量通病,减少了劳动量和维修成本。 In the building ground engineering, the traditional way is to lay out a sound insulation mat on the surface of the structural concrete, and then pour a layer of fine stone concrete on the mat. In order to solve this series of common quality problems caused by traditional methods, the anti-cracking construction technology of sound-insulation thermal ground was introduced and analyzed. The anti-cracking construction technology for sound-insulation thermal ground adopted the pouring construction of semi-dry fine stone concrete, increased the separation zone and separation strips,with no cut seams, so as to avoid the quality defect of the traditional technology and reduce the labor and maintenance costs.
