基于绿色全要素生产率评价长三角区域经济高质量发展的时空分异研究

Research on the Spatial-temporal discrimination of the High-quality Economic Development in the Yangtze River Delta from the Perspective of Green Total Factor Productivity

基于2006—2018年长三角区41个城市的面板数据,用非期望产出—超效率SBM模型、Globe-Malmquist-Luenberger指数、Dagum基尼系数对经济质量、效率变化、技术变化的时空分异特征进行测算,对经济质量区域差距进行分解。结果表明:样本期长三角地区经济质量整体上提升了7.5%,技术进步、技术效率分别贡献4.9%、2.4%;长三角地区经济质量发展水平在空间上具有异质性,经济质量呈南-东-中-西-北地区依次递减的趋势;经济质量总体差距在缩小,区域间差距对总体差距贡献达72.41%,是导致区域总体差异的主要原因。分析结果客观反映了长三角地区经济发展质量情况,为推动长三角地区高质量发展提供了理论依据。

This paper uses the undesired output-super-efficiency SBM model,Globe-Malmquist-Luenberger index,Dagum Gini coefficient to conduct studies on the temporal and spatial differentiation characteristics of economic quality,efficiency change,technological changes,and decomposes regional differences according to the panel data of 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2006 to 2018.The results show that the overall economic quality of the Yangtze River Delta during the sample period has increased by 7.5%,with technological progress and technical efficiency contributing 4.9%and 2.4%respectively;the economic quality development level of the Yangtze River Delta region is spatially heterogeneous,and the economic quality decreases successively from southern,east,central to west,north;the overall economic quality gap is shrinking,and the inter-regional gap contributes 72.41%of the overall gap,which is the main reason for the overall regional difference.Based on the above research results,we can more objectively understand the real situation of the economic development quality of the Yangtze River Delta region,and provide a basis for further promoting the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta region.
