摘要
以2010—2019年为研究的时间尺度,采用熵值法和变异系数计算权重,运用灰色关联度法分析其影响因素,基于PSR-EES模型构建目标层、准则层、要素层和指标层4级评价体系,计算生态安全指数和确定生态安全等级,对绥化市土地生态安全状态和影响因素进行评价和分析。结果表明:2010—2016年、2019年绥化市土地生态安全为Ⅲ级,2017和2018年土地生态安全为Ⅳ级;2017年压力指数最大,2018年状态指数值最大,2018年响应指数值最大;GDP增长率、森林覆盖率、25°以上耕地百分比和万元GDP能耗等4项指标与土地生态安全关联度较大,是影响土地生态安全水平的主要因素,人口自然增长率对土地生态安全水平的影响较小。
Taking 2010—2019 as the research time scale,the entropy method and the coefficient of variation are used to computes the weights,and the gray correlation method is used to analyze the influencing factors.Based on the PSR-EES model,the target layer,the criterion layer,the element layer and the indicator layer are constructed to calculate the ecological safety index and determine the ecological safety level,and to evaluate and analyze the land ecological security status and influencing factors in Suihua City.The results show that the ecological security of land in Suihua City is grade Ⅲ in 2010—2016 and 2019,and the ecological security of land in 2017 and 2018 is grade Ⅳ.The pressure index is the largest in 2017,the State Index is the largest in 2018,and the response index is the largest in 2018.Four indicators such as GDP growth rate,forest coverage,percentage of cultivated land above 25°,and energy consumption per 10,000 rmb of GDP,are closely related to land ecological security and are the main factors that affect the level of land ecological security.The natural population growth rate has little impact on the level of land ecological security.
