摘要
传统出版转向高质量发展范式是产业实现健康发展的必由之路,是建设文化强国的重要任务。本文基于开放式创新视角,构建了由动力、方式、保障构成的传统出版高质量发展战略体系。动力即建立内生驱动动力体系;方式即实施开放式创新战略。关键资源与能力保障包括:提高开放式创新能力;创新与完善人事制度;强化质量管理,创新内容与管理制度;创新网络营销模式,提升营销管理能力。
The transition to high-quality development paradigm is necessary for healthy development of the traditional publishing industry, besides it’s an important task for constructing a culturally strong country. Based on open innovation perspective, this paper constructs a high-quality development strategy system of traditional publishing, which is composed of motive power, mode and guarantee. The motive power needs to establish an endogenous driving power system. The mode is to implement the open innovation strategy. The guarantee of key resources and capabilities include four aspects. First, improve the open innovation capability. Second, innovate and improve personnel system. Third, strengthen quality management and innovate content as well as management system. Fourth, innovate network marketing mode and improve marketing management ability.
