Al-Ru和Co-Ru二元系的相平衡试验及热力学优化

摘要 采用扩散偶和电子探针显微分析(electron probe microanalysis,EPMA)技术,测定了Co-Ru二元系在1373和1473 K时fcc和hcp相的相平衡。运用相图计算的CALPHAD方法,并结合最新的SGTE纯组元数据库,对Al-Ru和Co-Ru二元系进行了热力学优化,同时采用(Al,Ru)_(2)(Al,Ru)模型描述Al_(2)Ru相。Al-Ru和Co-Ru二元系的优化结果与试验数据、第一性原理计算数据之间具有良好的一致性。 The fcc/hcp phase equilibria of the Co-Ru brinary system at 1373 and 1473 K were measured by using diffusion couple method combined with EPMA technique.The Al-Ru and Co-Ru binary systems were thermodynamically optimized using the CALPHAD method of phase diagram calculation and the updated SGTE database of pure element.The thermodynamic model(Al,Ru)(Al,Ru)was used to describe the AlRu phase.The optimization results of the Al-Ru and Co-Ru system were consistent with the experimental and first-principles calculation data.
