Effect of High-Temperature Normalizing Treatment on Microstructure and Texture of Fe-2%Si Non-oriented Silicon Steel

摘要 采用光学显微镜和X射线衍射仪研究了未经过和经过常化处理的Fe-2%Si(质量分数)无取向硅钢的显微组织和再结晶织构。结果表明:经1150℃常化处理后,热轧板的晶粒尺寸显著增大,冷轧剪切带较宽,退火再结晶晶粒较均匀。相比于未常化板,热轧板常化后再结晶织构发生显著变化,形成强烈的{100}<012>和{100}<001>λ纤维织构,γ织构明显减弱,该再结晶织构有利于改善成品板的磁性能。 Microstructure and recrystallization texture of Fe-2%Si(mass fraction)non-oriented silicon steel not normalized and normalized were studied by optical microscopy and X-ray diffractometer.The results showed that after normalizing at 1150℃,the grain size of the hot-rolled plate increased significantly,the shear bands of cold-rolled plate became relatively wider,and the recrystallized grains after annealing were more uniform.Compared with the plate not normalized,the recrystallized texture of the hot-rolled plate changed significantly after normalizing,forming strong{100}<012>and{100}<001>λ fiber textures,and γ texture was obviously weakened,which was beneficial to an improvement in the magnetic properties of the finished plate.
