基于194例错[牙合]畸形伴牙周病患者探讨无托槽隐形矫治技术对牙周健康的影响

The effects of bracketless invisible correction technique on the periodontal health in the treatment of malocclusion of 194 patients with malocclusion and periodontal disease

目的:观察使用无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗错[牙合]畸形伴牙周病的疗效。方法:选取错[牙合]畸形伴牙周病患者194例,随机分成2组(n=97),观察组使用无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗,对照组使用传统固定矫治技术治疗。观察两组患者的矫治情况、治疗前后的牙周指标及炎性指标的变化情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的倾斜牙扶正时间、扭转牙转正时间、矫治总时间均明显缩短(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数、龈沟探诊深度、菌斑指数、IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05), IL-2水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对错[牙合]畸形伴牙周病的患者无托槽隐形矫治的临床效果均优于传统固定矫治,更有利于牙周健康。

Objective:To study the effects of bracketless invisible correction technique on the periodontal health in the treatment of patients with malocclusion and periodontal disease.Methods:194 patients with malocclusion and periodontal disease were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=97).The patients in observation group were treated with bracketless invisible correction technology,and those in control group with traditional fixed correction technology.The effects were observed by clinical examination,periodontal indexes detection and inflammatory factor assasy before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,inclined tooth centralization time,reversed tooth rotation time,and total correction time of the observation group were significantly shortened(P<0.05).After treatment,the gingival index,gingival sulcus bleeding index,gingival sulcus exploration depth,plaque index,IL-6,TNF-αand CRP levels of observation group were significantly reduced and lower,the IL-2 level was higher than those of the control group(for all the indexes,P<0.05).Conclusion:Invisible correction without brackets is more effective in the treatment of patients with malocclusion than traditional fixed correction,and is feasible for periodontal health.
