右下颌第一磨牙近中3根管2例

Diagnosis and treatment of right mandibular first molars with 3 mesial canals:A report of 2 cases

摘要 报道2例下颌第一磨牙近中3根管(含1例下颌第一磨牙远中3根管)的诊治过程,治疗过程中充分利用根管显微镜结合锥形束CT可提高根管发现率,避免根管遗漏。 2 cases of right mandibular first molar with 3 mesial canals(one of the molars had 3 distal canals)were diagnosed and treated by using microscope and CBCT.The diagnosis and treatment of the 2 cases suggest that dental operating microscope combined with CBCT can increase canal-detecting efficiency and avoid missing root canal.
