髓鞘少突胶质细胞糖蛋白(MOG)抗体相关疾病(MOG-AD)是一种由MOG抗体导致的、以髓鞘脱失为主要病理表现的疾病,属于炎症性脱髓鞘疾病中一个新的疾病谱,其临床及影像表现形式多样,可类似多种其他疾病。目前MOG-AD影像表现尚不被熟知,诊断准确率低。就视神经、脑部及其他颅神经、脊髓等部位MOG-AD的MRI表现及目前研究中待解决的问题做一综述。

Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein(MOG)antibody related diseases(MOG-AD)is a disease caused by MOG antibody with demyelination as the main pathological manifestation.It belongs to a new spectrum of inflammatory demyelinating diseases.Its clinical and imaging manifestations are diverse and can be similar to many other diseases.At present,the imaging manifestations of MOG-AD are not well known,and the diagnostic accuracy is low.This article reviews the MRI findings of MOG-AD in optic nerve,brain and other cranial nerves,spinal cord,and the problems to be solved in current research.
