摘要
装配式建筑项目具有工程量大、现场工作人员技术能力参差不齐、建筑现场管理方式混乱纷杂等问题,因此装配式建筑在施工过程中存在各个工序衔接强度较低、预制构件受到严重破损、节点灌浆时倾倒不紧实等施工难题。所以对于装配式建筑技术的成熟应用还有待提升,合理利用BIM技术为装配式建筑建设施工带来了新的转机。文章通过对BIM技术应用于装配式建筑建设进行研究,发现利用BIM技术能够有效提高设计效率,减少设计误差,从而优化施工过程的各个环节,对于提高装配式建筑发展水平具有重要的意义。
The assembly building project has many problems,such as huge project,uneven technical ability of site staff,and chaotic management mode of construction site.Therefore,in the construction process of assembly buildings,there are some construction problems,such as low cohesion strength of each process,serious damage to prefabricated components,and not tight pouring when grouting nodes.So the mature application of assembly building technology needs to be improved,the reasonable use of BIM technology brings a new turning point for the construction of assembly buildings.This paper studies the application of BIM technology in the construction of assembly buildings,and finds that the use of BIM technology can effectively improve the design efficiency,and reduce the design error,so as to optimize each link of the construction process.It is of great significance for improving the development level of assembly-type buildings.
