摘要
智能建筑是传统建筑与现代技术的结合,在建筑物内设置智能设备及布线系统,通过中控后台集中控制实现对建筑及周围环境的自动和智能监控,并对特定情况和指令进行响应启动设备。相较于传统的建筑,智能建筑侧重于物业管理和智能楼宇等基本功能,而忽视人对环境的感受和体验感。本文基于商业办公建筑项目,提出的智慧系统是建筑工程得以实施的技术支撑,通过对现代的物联网、人脸识别、AI技术、通信技术、神经网络和大数据等技术的发掘和应用,构建一套与该建筑相适应的智慧管控平台,实现了人们的居住和办公环境的安全舒适、节能高效的需求。通过智慧管控平台可以提高建筑运营管理的效率,为下一步发展智慧园区和智慧城市奠定基础。
Intelligent architecture is based on the combination of traditional architecture and modern technology, intelligent equipment and wiring system are set up in the building to realize automatic and intelligent monitoring of the building and surrounding environment through the centralized control of central control background, and start the equipment in response to specific situations and instructions. Compared with traditional buildings, it focuses on basic functions such as property management and intelligent buildings, while ignoring people’s feelings and experience of the environment. Based on the commercial office building project, the intelligent system proposed in this paper is the technical support for the implementation of the construction project. Through the exploration and application of modern Internet of Things, face recognition, AI technology, communication technology, neural network, big data technologies and other technologies, the paper builds a set of intelligent control platform suitable for the building, and realizes the safe, comfortable, energy saving and efficient needs of people’s living and office environment. Through the management and intelligent control platform, it can improve the efficiency of construction operation and management, and lay the foundation for the next development of smart parks and smart cities.
