In the process of modernization development of engineering construction, informatization plays a more critical role. The rapid development of BIM technology provides a new development trend in the aspect of cost control of prefabricated buildings.This paper introduces this technology into the cost control of such buildings. Based on the comprehensive analysis of technical advantages, it is applied to all aspects of the building to reflect its advantages as much as possible and significantly improve the cost control effect.
