广东省新型研发机构绩效评价研究——基于DEA模型的效率分析

Research on Performance Evaluation of New R&D Institutions in Guangdong Province Efficiency Analysis Based on DEA Model

基于政府管理视角和机构自身发展视角,构建广东省新型研发机构绩效评价指标体系,并采用数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)方法对广东省新型研发机构进行绩效评价。研究发现,不同地区、不同属性以及不同研发类型的新型研发机构在投入产出效率上具有显著差异。并在研究结果基础上提出相应对策建议,为后续管理和高质量发展提供理论支持与实践指导。

Based on the perspective of government management and the development of institutions themselves,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of new R&D institutions in Guangdong Province,and evaluates the performance of new R&D institutions in Guangdong Province by Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)method,It is found that there are significant differences in the input-output efficiency of the new-type R&D institutions in different regions,different attributes and different types of R&D.On the basis of the research results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the follow-up management and high-quality development.
