性别多样性能否促进创新的社会意义——基于QCA的研究 被引量:2

Whether Gender Diversity Promotes Social Significance of Innovation: A QCA-based Study

摘要 当前创新研究的范式已经从“规模与效率”向“价值与意义”转变。关于有意义创新的内涵和定义,学者已经做了翔实的梳理。但探索如何推动“有意义”创新实现的研究还有待进一步丰富。运用定性比较分析(QCA)方法,从整体视角出发探讨了女性科研人员比重是否能够和性别包容、创新应用、互利互惠文化、研发投入一起协同联动实现创新的社会意义。研究结果表明:社会意义创新绩效具有“非对称性”、“多重并行”、“殊方同致”的特点,而友善的研发应用环境和互惠文化氛围是实现高社会意义的创新发展的重要强有力支撑,也会促使女性科研工作者以社会意义创新为导向,实现绿色可持续发展的新创新模式。 The current paradigm of innovation research has changed from "scale and efficiency" to "value and significance". The so-called meaningful innovation means that innovation activities pay attention to social needs and human development, and comprehensively consider social value, strategic value and future value while creating economic value.Existing researches have comprehensively sorted out the concept and connotation of "meaningful" innovation, but there is still a lack of research on its promoting factors. The innovation process is a comprehensive expression of the internal and external meaning of the product by the innovator using design language. Therefore, the preferences and values of innovators have important influence on innovation outcomes. Due to the innate preference for altruism among women, gender diversity among researchers is an important factor influencing meaningful innovation. Compared with male researchers,female researchers may pay more attention to the social significance of innovation in the process of strategic innovation,that is, whether innovation is green, whether innovation costs are saved, and whether resources are energy-saving and circular.To sum up, this study uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA) method and combines the cross-sectional data of 29 provinces and regions to explore whether the proportion of female researchers can coordinate with R&D investment to achieve the environmental significance of innovation. Other configuration factors include innovative application, mutually beneficial culture and genderinclusive. Through empirical analysis, it is found that innovative application and mutually beneficial culture are the necessary conditions for high social significance, and constitute the important linkage conditions for stimulating high social green significance together with the core condition of the proportion of female researchers. They are the key for female researchers to drive green innovation. Secondly, the innovation performance of social significance has the characteristics of "asymmetry", "multiple parallel" and "different aspects of the same". Female researchers tend to be more patient, more careful, better at expressing emotions, and more concerned about the social implications of innovation, including more green innovation. A friendly environment for research and application and a mutually beneficial culture of innovation are important and strong support for the realization of innovative development of high social significance, and will also encourage female researchers to take green innovation as the orientation and realize a new innovation model of green and sustainable development.Gender diversity based on the scientific research workers, by way of empirical study explores the achieve meaningful and configuration elements, through the scientific research team culture of genderinclusive, innovative applications, mutual benefit and reciprocity, R&D, female proportion coordination of scientific research personnel, and perspective to explore the configuration to achieve high complex before because of social significance. The empirical study shows that the background characteristics of gender difference in scientific research teams have a significant impact on green innovation of social significance. Scientific research team in the proportion of female researchers are high social significance of the innovation of core elements.
