摘要
针对某货车变截面纵梁进行辊压成形数值模拟仿真,分析板材在变截面辊压过程中翼板的纵向应变分布情况,讨论了板材材料、板材厚度和翼板高度对纵梁成形后翘曲缺陷的影响。结果表明,翘曲高度大小与翼板所受的纵向应变有关,当凸凹弧的纵向应变不足以满足分析求出的纵向应变时,腹板会发生翘曲现象以补偿所需的变形;翼板的纵向应变随材料屈服强度提高而下降,随翼板高度增加而增加,与厚度关系不大。通过正交模拟试验分析得出影响腹板翘曲高度的工艺参数主次顺序为板材材料、翼板高度和板材厚度。
Based on the numerical simulation of rolling forming of a truck′s variable cross-section longitudinal beam,the longitudinal strain distribution of wing plate in the process of variable section rolling is analyzed,and the effects of sheet material,sheet thickness and flange height on the warpage defects of longitudinal beam after forming are discussed.The results show that the web-warping height is related to the longitudinal strain of the flange.When the longitudinal strain of the convex and concave arc is not intense enough to meet the longitudinal strain calculated by the analysis,the web will warp to compensate for the required deformation.The longitudinal strain of the flange decreases with the increase of the yield strength of the material,increases with increasing height of the flange,but has little to do with the thickness.Through the analysis of orthogonal test,it is concluded that the factor affecting the warpage height of web is plate material,flange height and plate thickness.
