摘要 地下综合管廊是重要的城市生命线工程,伴随着城市建设大发展,对其进行安全风险因素识别和安全评估的重要性日益凸显。将城市地下综合管廊建设划分为策划、设计、施工和运营四个阶段,使用文献分析法与风险分解法对其进行全寿命周期下的风险因素识别与分类。通过专家调研评价,筛选建立各阶段主要风险清单,再基于模糊综合评判法提出管廊全寿命周期下的风险评估方法,并结合某综合管廊工程对评估方法进行工程应用说明。评估结果表明:某综合管廊全寿命周期风险值为6.13,属于中等偏高风险,风险由大到小依次为设计阶段、施工阶段、运营阶段、策划阶段,研究成果对综合管廊风险管理和评估具有参考作用。 As an important urban lifeline project,the importance of safety risk factor identification and safety evaluation of the underground utility tunnel are becoming more prominent with the development of urban construction.The study divided the construction of an underground comprehensive utility tunnel into four stages:planning,design,construction and operation.Literature analysis and RBS(risk breakdown structure)were used to identify and classify the risk factors in the whole life cycle of the utility tunnel.Through expert scoring and evaluation,the main risks in each stage were screened and established.Then the risk assessment method in the whole life cycle of utility tunnels was proposed based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the engineering application of the risk assessment method was illustrated with a comprehensive utility tunnel project.The research results are useful for reference in risk management and assessment of utility tunnels.
