摘要
陶瓷膜具有优良的热稳定性、孔稳定性、耐化学腐蚀性和机械强度高等特点,在含油废水处理领域受到研究者的广泛关注。根据近年来陶瓷膜处理含油废水的研究现状,介绍了陶瓷基膜在含油废水处理领域的应用。针对陶瓷基膜在运行过程中存在的膜污染等问题,综述了陶瓷膜的改性策略及性能,重点介绍了溶胶-凝胶法、水热法和浸渍法三种常用方法改性的陶瓷膜及其在含油废水处理领域的应用,并与新兴改性方法,如原子层沉积法、化学气相沉积法、脉冲激光法进行了比较,最后对改性陶瓷膜在此领域中的发展前景进行了展望。
Ceramic membrane has many advantages such as excellent thermal stability,pore stability,chemical corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength.It has attracted extensive attention in the field of oily wastewater treatment.According to the research status of ceramic membranes in oily wastewater treatment in recent years,the application of ceramic-based membranes in the field of oily wastewater treatment was introduced.In view of the membrane fouling problems existing in the operation of ceramic-based membranes,the modification strategies and properties of ceramic membranes were reviewed.The ceramic membranes modified with commonly used methods including sol-gel method,hydrothermal method,dipping method and their applications in the field of oily wastewater treatment were mainly introduced and then compared with the emerging modification methods such as atomic layer deposition,chemical vapor phase.Finally,the development prospect of the modified ceramic membrane in this field was prospected.
