先进芳纶绝缘纸基材料研究进展及展望 被引量:4

摘要 用于大型电气绝缘设备的高性能芳纶绝缘纸是保证设备可靠、持久、安全运行的关键材料,直接影响其综合质量、耐温等级与使用寿命。随着芳纶绝缘纸在特种电气绝缘设备的规模化应用,对其耐温等级、耐电晕性能、介电强度、满足设备小型化与高度集成化的能力提出了更高的要求与挑战。本文重点介绍了先进芳纶绝缘纸系列产品,如结构致密型芳纶绝缘纸、耐电晕芳纶云母绝缘纸、导热型芳纶绝缘纸与芳纶纳米绝缘纸在纸张结构设计、机械性能与绝缘性能增强、新产品开发等方面的研究进展,并展望了高性能芳纶绝缘纸未来的发展方向。 High-performance aramid insulating paper for large-scale electrical insulation equipment is the key material to ensure the reliable,durable and safe operation of the equipment,which directly affects its comprehensive quality,temperature resistance level and service life. With the large-scale application of aramid insulating paper in special electrical insulation equipment,higher requirements and challenges have been put forward for its temperature resistance grade,corona resistance performance,dielectric strength,and ability to meet miniaturization and high integration. The research progress of a series of advanced aramid insulating papers were mainly introduced in this paper,such as dense-structure aramid insulating paper,corona resistant aramid mica insulating paper,thermally conductive aramid paper and aramid insulating nanopaper,in terms of paper structure design,mechanical and insulating properties. Finally,the future development direction of high-performance aramid insulating paper was prospected.
