Objective To explore the influence of posture management and predictive nursing on ankle fracture patients. Methods A total of 95 patients with ankle fracture who needed surgical treatment from March 2021 to March 2022 in Henan Provincial People's Hospital were selected and divided into study group(N=48)and routine group(N=47)according to the order of admission. The routine group was given routine nursing intervention, while the research group combined postural management and predictive nursing on the basis of the routine group, and the anxiety and depression of the two groups[selfrating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],Marland foot function score(MFS),complications, prognosis[Generic quality of life assessment questionnaire-74(GQOL-74)],and nursing satisfaction. Results When entering the operating room,SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05);After intervention, the ankle function, pain and activity scores of the study group were higher than those of the routine group, and the GQOL-74 scores were lower than that of the routine group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in appearance score between groups(P>0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group(0.00%)was lower than that in the routine group(12.77%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group(95.83%)was higher than that in the routine group(80.85%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Posture management and predictive nursing can alleviate patients' negative emotions before operation, reduce the risk of complications, improve ankle function, further improve the prognosis, and enhance patients' satisfaction with nursing.
