Value of Psychological Intervention Combined with Targeted Education in Improving Mental State and Adverse Reactions of Patients Undergoing Gastroscopy

摘要 目的 探究心理干预联合针对性健康教育对电子胃镜检查患者心理状态及不良反应的影响。方法 以2019年9月至2020年11月在南阳医学高等专科学校第一附属医院接受电子胃镜检查的282例患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分成对照组(N=141)和试验组(N=141)。对照组患者采用常规健康教育。观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理干预联合针对性健康教育。评价两组患者健康指导满意度、焦虑抑郁评分(SDS及SAS)及不良反应的情况。结果 两组患者健康教育满意度存在明显差异,试验组健康教育满意度高于对照组;入组时,两组SDS及SAS评分无明显差别;检查前对照组SDS及SAS评分明显升高,试验组评分升高不明显,试验组明显低于对照组;检查后,两组评分较前明显降低,且试验组明显低于对照组,且均低于入组时的评分;试验组不良反应率明显低于对照组。结论 心理干预联合针对性健康教育指导电子胃镜检查患者可降低其不适程度,改善焦虑及抑郁心理状态,减少检查带来的不良反应发生,有较高的应用价值。 Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention combined with targeted health education on the psychological state and adverse reactions of patients undergoing electronic gastroscopy.Methods A total of 282 patients who received electronic gastroscopy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from September 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group(N=141)and an experimental group(N=141)according to random number table method.The control group received routine health education.The observation group was given psychological intervention combined with targeted health education based on the control group.Health guidance satisfaction,anxiety and depression scores(SDS and SAS),and adverse reactions were evaluated in two groups.Results The satisfaction with health education between the two groups were significantly different,and the satisfaction with health education in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.There was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups.Before the examination,the SDS and SAS scores of the control group were significantly increased,but the scores of the experimental group were not significantly increased,and the scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group.After examination,the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before,the test group was significantly lower than the control group,and all were lower than the scores at the time of enrollment.The adverse reaction rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with targeted health education guidance for patients undergoing electronic gastroscopy can reduce their discomfort,improve the psychological state of anxiety and depression,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions caused by the examination,which has a high application value.
