摘要
利用麦秸作为大球盖菇主要栽培原料,采取棚内生料栽培方法,通过出菇温度、空气相对湿度、栽培料含水量、铺料厚度、覆土层厚度等不同栽培条件对产量的影响结果,总结出了大球盖菇栽培技术参数。
Wheat straw was used as the main material for cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulata.Stropharia rugosoannulata cultivation with raw material method in the greenhouse.The effects of different cultivation conditions on yield were tested,such as temperature of fruiting,relative humidity of air,water content of cultivation material,thickness of spreading material and thickness of covering soil layer.Based on the above experiments,the parameters of cultivation technique of Stropharia rugosoannulata were summarized.
