摘要
根据师范类专业认证理念,对地方本科师范院校美术学专业在构建和完善人才培养体系时面临的现实困境进行了分析,并对照认证标准和要求,提出更加合理和科学的改进措施。以认证为突破口,建立健全质量保障体系,优化人才培养体系,实现人才培养目标,提升师范生的培养质量。
Based on the concept of accreditation of teacher education programs, this paper analyzes the practical difficulties faced by the fine arts major in local undergraduate normal universities in constructing and improving the talent training system. Compared with the accreditation criteria and requirements, more reasonable and scientific improvement measures are put forward. It is recommended to take certification as a breakthrough point, establish and improve the quality assurance system, optimize the talent training system, achieve the goal of talent training, and improve the training quality of the students of teacher education program.
