中小学生心理健康状况的MHT调查与分析--以胶州市为例 被引量:4

摘要 采用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)对胶州市小学、初中和高中3个学段95所学校共计3504名学生的心理健康状况进行调查。研究结果显示:该市中小学生心理健康水平处于正常范围;初、高中女生更易受心理问题困扰,小学女生在人际关系上表现良好;女生心理焦虑水平随学段的升高而提高,且学习焦虑是首要心理问题。该市心理健康教育改革需以缓解学生的学习焦虑为重点,兼顾教育对象的差异性和教育内容的全面性,从而实现学生的全面发展。 This survey aims at analyzing the current mental health status of the students in different learning stages,and providing basis on content and method for mental health education.The mental health test(MHT)was used to get mental health data of 3504 students from 95 schools in Jiaozhou city,including primary school,junior high school and senior high school.The study found that the overall mental health of primary and secondary school students in the city is in the normal range;middle and high school girls are more likely to suffer from psychological problems,while elementary school girls do well in interpersonal relationships;the psychological anxiety level of girls increases with the learning stage,and learning anxiety is the primary psychological problem.The reform of mental health education in this city should focus on alleviating the level of students'learning anxiety,taking into account the differences of education object and the comprehensiveness of educational content,so as to realize the all-round development of students.
