物联网环境下的智慧海洋云平台开发与应用

Development and Application of Smart Ocean Cloud Platform under the Internet of Things

海洋治理正面临着更加严峻的挑战,运用新一代信息技术建设“智慧海洋”成为推进海洋强国的必要手段,然而我国海洋信息基础设施及公用能力亟待提升。本文提出开发一种物联网环境下的智慧海洋云平台,遵循国家关于智慧海洋的相关标准规范,建立了云平台的总体架构,并给出各类智能设备的物联方式和接入方法。阐述了平台的核心功能及关键技术,通过7类场景展示平台的应用效果。该平台实现了海洋信息的互联互通、数据共享和智能挖掘,通过应用推广,可为我图海洋治理提供信息技术保障。

Ocean governance is facing major global changes.Building a"Smart Ocean"using the new generation information technology is a necessary means to promote a maritime power.However,China’s marine information infrastructure and public capabilities need to be improved urgently.This paper proposes a smart ocean cloud platform under the ToT(IoT,Internet of Things)environment,and the corresponding software system is developed.Firstly,in accordance with the national standards and regulations on smart oceans,the overall architecture of the cloud platform is proposed.The connection methods and access methods of various smart devices are given.Then the core functions of the platform and several involved key technologies are described.Finally,through the description of seven types of application scenarios,the application effect of the platform is demonstrated.The platform realizes the interconnection,data sharing,and intelligent mining of marine information.Through application and promotion,it can provide information technology support for marine governance.
