风暴潮灾害重点防御区划定技术研究--以山东省寿光市为例

Study on Designating Method of Storm Surge Disaster Key Defense Area:A Case Study in Shouguang City

风暴潮灾害是我国的主要海洋灾害之一,划定风暴潮灾害重点防御区对抵御和降低风暴潮灾害威胁,保护沿海人民生命财产安全和促进海洋经济发展具有积极的现实意义。本文针对易受溫带和台凤凤暴潮共同侵袭的区城,分别考虑陆城部分和海城部分的特点,提出了凤暴潮灾害重点防御区划定技术方法,并选取具有代表性的山东省寿光市作为研究区域进行了方法验证。结果表明,寿光市风暴潮灾害重点防御区集中分布在羊口镇和营里镇,总面积约为288.4 km^(2),其中陆城部分面积约为160.2 km^(2),海城部分面积约为128.2 km^(2)。文中提出的技术方法可为其他沿海县(市、区)划定凤暴潮灾害重点防御区提供科学参考。

Storm surge disaster is one of the major marine disasters in China.There is practical significance to designate key defense area in protecting the safety and property of coastal residents and promoting the development of marine economy.Considering the characteristics of land area and sea area respectively,this paper puts forward the method to designate the key defense area of storm surge disaster in regions threatened by both extratropical and typhoon storm surge,and Shouguang city is selected as the research area to verify the designating method.The result shows that the key defense area of storm surge disaster in Shouguang city is mainly located in Yangkou town and Yingli town,and the total area is ahout 288.4 square kilometers.The land area is about 160.2 square kilometers,and the sea area is about 128.2 square kilometers.The method presented in this paper provides scientific reference for other coastal areas to designate key defense area of storm surge disaster.
