产教融合视角下高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的现状与策略 被引量:7

摘要 新时代,随着我国产业结构升级日益加快,高职院校应从产教融合的角度迅速做出部署,将提升人才培养质量、实现学生可持续发展摆在学校发展的重要位置。高职院校要首先认识到培养“双师型”教师队伍的必要性,针对当前高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的师资结构单一、缺乏实践能力等问题,有针对性地提出产教融合视角下高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的策略,具体要采取宽口径引进人才,优化“双师”队伍结构;加强校企合作,提升“双师型”教师实践技能;完善评价制度,健全“双师型”教师激励机制;重视教师培养,完善“双师型”教师培训体系等策略,为新时期高职院校培养“双师型”教师提供有益参考。 In the new era, with the accelerated upgrading of China’s industrial structure, higher vocational colleges should make rapid deployment from the perspective of integration of industry and education to put improving the quality of talent training and achieving sustainable development of students in the important position of school development. Higher vocational colleges should first recognize the necessity of cultivating the “double-qualified teachers” team, and in view of the current problems of the “double qualified” teacher team construction in higher vocational colleges, such as the single teacher structure and lack of practical ability, put forward targeted strategies for the construction of the “double qualified” teacher team in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of the integration of industry and education. Specifically, they include adopt a wide caliber of talent introduction and optimize the “double qualified” team structure, strengthen school enterprise cooperation and improve the practical skills of “double qualified” teachers,improve the evaluation system and the incentive mechanism for “double qualified” teachers,attach importance to the training of teachers and improve the training system of “double qualified” teachers so as to provide a useful reference for the training of “double qualified” teachers in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
