辽宁省科技创业生态系统支持环境的构建分析

The Construction and Analysis of Supporting Environment of Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Liaoning Province

构建辽宁省科技创业生态系统不仅仅是创业活动发展的必然产物,同时也是顺应地方社会经济发展的必然趋势。自2014年“双创”提出以来,辽宁省积极响应国家号召,大力推动创业生态系统的协同发展。但由于历史、政治与经济各方面原因,导致辽宁省对科技创业生态系统的环境支持力度不足。基于此,在明确科技创业生态系统内涵的基础上,调查分析辽宁省创业生态系统的发展现状和支持环境,并据此总结辽宁省在对创业生态系统环境支持方面存在的主要问题,借鉴国内其他地区创业生态系统发展的成功经验,为辽宁省科技创业生态系统构建良好的支持环境提出可行性建议。

The construction of science and technology entrepreneurship ecosystem in Liaoning province is not only the inevitable outcome of entrepreneurship development,but also the inevitable trend of local social economic development.Since year 2014,Liaoning province has actively responded to the national call to vigorously promote the coordinated development of entrepreneurial ecosystem.However,due to historical,political and economic reasons,Liaoning province's supporting environmental for the science and technology entrepreneurship is insufficient.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of technology entrepreneurship ecosystem,this study investigates and analyzes the status of entrepreneurship ecosystem and its supporting environment in Liaoning province.Then,the main problems and reasons of environmental support for entrepreneurship ecosystem in Liaoning province are summarized.Based on the successful experiences of advanced regions,this paper puts forward suggestions for constructing a good supporting environment for science and technology entrepreneurship ecosystem in Liaoning province.
