高等医学院校发展规划编制的路径研究——基于广州医科大学“十四五”发展规划编制实践的分析

摘要 编制发展规划是现代大学治理的重要手段,发展规划的编制工作日益受到大学的重视。本研究以广州医科大学为例,基于该校编制“十四五”发展规划过程中的33份访谈记录和3426份调查问卷,分别采用扎根理论和描述统计分析影响大学发展主要因素的师生观点与发展规划编制中存在的主要问题。通过对广州医科大学制定“十四五”发展规划主要做法的总结,以期为高等医学院校发展规划编制工作提供参考。 Formulating development planning is an important tool for modern university governance,and it has received more and more attention.This study takes Guangzhou Medical University as a case,based on 33 interview records and 3426 questionnaires in the process of preparing the 14 th five-year development planning,and analyzes the views of teachers and students on the main factors affecting the development of the university and the main problems existing in the preparation of the current development planning of the medical colleges and universities.Through the summary of the main practices of Guangzhou Medical University in formulating the 14 th five-year development planning,with a view to providing a reference for the development plan making in higher medical colleges and universities.
