导师实操制培训方式在品管圈活动中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨导师实操制培训方式在品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动中的应用效果。方法选取浙江省嘉善县第一人民医院25个临床科室中参与2019~2020年QCC活动的50名圈长为研究对象。采用试验对照方法,根据参加QCC活动的年份,将参与2020年QCC活动的25名圈长设为试验组,采用导师实操制培训方式;将参与2019年QCC活动的25名圈长设为对照组,采用传统理论授课培训方式。培训结束后,通过理论考核、圈长QCC工作成效进行不同培训方式的应用效果评价。结果QCC理论考核评分比较,试验组圈长考核平均评分[(89.16±4.78)分]高于对照组圈长[(79.92±7.26)分],其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);圈长QCC工作成效评价,试验组圈长8个维度平均评分和总分均高于对照组圈长,其差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在QCC活动中,采用导师实操制培训方式,对提高圈长QCC理论掌握程度、QCC知识运用能力和提高QCC工作成效,均具有积极的促进作用,值得进一步深入研究后推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of tutor training in quality control circle(QCC)activities.Methods Among the 25 clinical departments of the First People’s Hospital of Jiashan County in Zhejiang Province,50 circle leaders who participated in the QCC activities from 2019 to 2020 were selected as the research objects.Using the trial control method,25 circle leaders who participated in the QCC activity in 2020 were recruited into the experimental group who were trained with the practical operation system of instructors.The 25 circle leaders who participated in the QCC activity in 2019 were recruited into the control group who were trained with traditional theory teaching methods.Effects were evaluated by theoretical tests and the QCC working results of tutors.Results Through comparison of QCC theory assessment,the score of tutors in experimental group[(89.16±4.78)point]was higher than that in control group[(79.92±7.26)point]with significantly statistical difference(P<0.05);The QCC quality working evaluation of the tutors in experimental group with 8 dimensions score and total score were higher than the corresponding scores in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions In QCC activities,the practical operation training of the circle tutors plays a positive role in the improvement of tutors’QCC knowledge mastery,QCC knowledge application ability and the QCC working effectiveness,which is worthy of further study and promotion.
