摘要
机载有源相控阵雷达交付后,天线阵面在使用过程中会出现组件级或子阵级故障。修复后,因外场条件有限,天线阵面无法进行幅度和相位的校准。文中提出了机载有源相控阵雷达天线阵面的组件级和子阵级的原位修调方案,并对原位耦合线修调后的波瓣结果进行了试验验证。该方案具有快速、精确、不需离位等特点,易于工程实现,满足用户需求。
After the delivery of the airborne active phased array radar,array element or sub-array level failures occur during antenna array use.Due to the outfield environmental conditions,the amplitude and phase of the antenna can′t be calibrated after fault repair.Two in-situ tuning schemes are proposed in this paper,including array element and sub-array level.Also the verification results of the dark room test are proposed.Because of the characteristics of accurate and in-situ test,easy to engineering implementation,the user′s rapid test requirements are met.
